Alloy 20, also known as Carpenter 20. It is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum stainless steel alloy. Alloy 20 fasteners are highly resistant to various other chemicals and these are resilient against pitting and chloride corrosion from sulphuric acid.

Applications - flue-gas scrubbers, chemical processing environment, sulphuric acid pickling, petroleum refining, pulp and paper, food and dyes.
