Sunmach is a trusted manufacturer and global supplier of Inconel Bolts, delivering high-performance fastening solutions for subsea, offshore oil & gas, chemical processing, petrochemical, marine, power generation, and aerospace industries. With 13+ years of manufacturing experience and ISO 9001:2015 certification, we manufacture Hex Head Bolts, Heavy Hex Bolts, U Bolts, Plugs & Bushings, and Custom Inconel Bolts for demanding applications exposed to seawater, H₂S, aggressive chemicals, and elevated temperatures. Manufactured from Inconel® 625 (UNS N06625), our bolts offer outstanding resistance to chloride corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, oxidation, and thermal cycling while maintaining excellent mechanical strength up to 540°C continuous and 900°C intermittent service. We supply precision-engineered Inconel bolts to customers across Europe, the USA, GCC countries, Southeast Asia, and other international markets with complete material traceability and reliable delivery. Every Inconel Bolt is manufactured using advanced cold forming, precision thread rolling, controlled solution annealing, and rigorous quality inspections in compliance with ASTM B446, ASTM E21, ASTM E139, ASTM G48, NACE MR0175 (optional), DIN, ISO, ANSI, and ASME Standards. Our in-house testing facilities perform chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, stress-rupture testing, hardness verification, corrosion testing, seawater immersion testing, H₂S resistance evaluation, and 100% dimensional inspection to ensure consistent quality and long service life. Each shipment is supplied with a complete Certificate of Conformance (CoC), mill test certificates, and full batch traceability, making Sunmach a reliable global partner for Inconel Bolts used in mission-critical, high-temperature, high-pressure, and extreme corrosion-resistant fastening applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Sunmach Inconel Bolts

They are used for high-pressure, high-stress fastening in subsea deepwater equipment, geothermal wellheads, and marine splash zones. In these applications, the bolts are exposed to stagnant seawater, dynamic wave vibrations, and hydrogen sulfide, where standard steel fasteners would suffer rapid crevice corrosion or sudden stress cracking.

Standard stainless steels (such as 316L) lose their mechanical strength under thermal load and are highly vulnerable to stress corrosion cracking and pitting in warm saltwater crevice environments. Inconel 625 bolts provide double the yield strength, outstanding resistance to chloride-induced pitting, and full immunity to sour-gas cracking, allowing bolted connections to remain secure over decades.

While Inconel 718 is an aerospace-grade material optimized for maximum high-temperature fatigue resistance up to 650°C and Hastelloy C-276 is designed specifically for aggressive oxidizing acids, Inconel 625 uniquely combines high tensile fatigue resistance with excellent general corrosion immunity in seawater and sour-gas, making it the premier choice for subsea assemblies.

We utilize precision cold-forming and SPC-controlled thread rolling (holding pitch diameters to a strict limit of ±0.05 mm) to prevent thread stripping and micro-galling. This is paired with ICP/OES raw material analysis, specialized solution annealing, ASTM G48 corrosion testing, and complete EN 10204 3.1 mill certification tracing every bolt back to verified steel heats.
