Sunmach is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of Inconel Washers, delivering high-performance fastening solutions for aerospace, power generation, subsea, marine, petrochemical, and chemical processing industries. With 13+ Years of Manufacturing Experience and ISO 9001:2015 certification, we produce Plain Washers, Spring Washers, Belleville Washers, Wave Washers, Split Lock Washers, Square Washers, and Custom Inconel Washers for extreme operating environments. Our Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) washers provide outstanding resistance to oxidation, seawater corrosion, H₂S environments, fatigue, and thermal cycling while maintaining exceptional mechanical strength at temperatures up to 650°C continuous and 900°C intermittent service. We export precision-engineered washers to customers across Europe, the USA, GCC countries, Southeast Asia, and other global markets with complete material traceability and rapid delivery. Manufactured using advanced stamping, precision forming, aerospace-grade heat treatment, and controlled age hardening, every Inconel Washer is produced to stringent international Standards. Our in-house testing facility performs chemical analysis, tensile testing, stress-rupture testing, fatigue testing, corrosion testing, spring force verification, flatness inspection, and 100% dimensional inspection to ensure consistent quality and long-term reliability. Each shipment is supplied with a complete Certificate of Conformance (CoC), mill test certificates, and full batch traceability, making Sunmach a trusted global partner for Inconel Washers used in mission-critical, high-temperature, and corrosion-resistant fastening applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Sunmach Inconel Washers

They are used for load distribution, gap compensation, and maintaining dynamic tension in high-stress fastening systems where standard stainless steel fasteners would soften, deform, or corrode. Typical applications include jet engine turbine assemblies, subsea oil and gas equipment exposed to hydrogen sulfide, gas turbines, and aggressive high-temperature chemical reactors.

Standard stainless steel (such as 316L) loses its mechanical strength rapidly once operating temperatures exceed 600°C and is highly vulnerable to crevice corrosion in stagnant saltwater. Inconel 718 Washers provide up to double the yield strength, exceptional resistance to cyclic fatigue, and outstanding resistance to chloride-induced pitting, allowing bolted joints to remain secure over long-term thermal and mechanical cycles.

While Incoloy is a cost-effective choice optimized specifically for high-temperature resistance in dry environments and Hastelloy is an all-purpose specialist for active acid corrosion, Inconel 718 is an aerospace-grade material that uniquely combines high-temperature strength up to 650°C with extreme fatigue resistance and excellent corrosion immunity.

We manufacture multiple configurations designed to manage dynamic loads. Plain Flat Washers are used for static load distribution and material separation. For active vibration damping and thermal-cycling joints, Belleville conical washers (which can be stacked), wave washers (for compact heights), and split lock washers are specified.

Every premium washer batch is shipped with complete material traceability. This includes EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates verifying raw material chemistry, physical tensile test results at room and elevated temperatures, Rockwell hardness measurements, and dimensional inspection logs proving complete surface uniformity. When specified, compliance certifications for NACE MR0175 sour-gas resistance are also provided.
