Sunmach specializes in manufacturing premium Duplex Eye Bolts designed to provide maximum structural safety and unmatched load-bearing reliability in the most severe industrial rigging and marine lifting operations. Unlike lower-grade cast alternatives that are prone to sudden brittle failure under dynamic tension, our hot-forged eye bolts feature a continuous, uniform grain flow around the entire structural loop to eliminate internal stress concentrations. These high-integrity fasteners distribute lifting forces evenly across heavy machinery, ensuring workplace safety and secure transport during critical heavy-equipment positioning. For versatile or highly specialized environments, we also produce high-performance Stainless Steel Eye Bolts tailored to resist environmental degradation and temperature swings. These premium lifting fasteners are engineered to handle high-tensile pulling forces across marine cargo decks, active chemical pipelines, and power plant assemblies. Backed by rigorous load validation and complete batch traceability, Sunmach ensures zero-failure performance and structural security for mission-critical rigging worldwide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Sunmach Duplex Eye Bolts

Premium Duplex Eye Bolts provide nearly double the mechanical load capacity and fatigue resistance compared to traditional cast alternatives, preventing the lifting loop from stretching or snapping under peak tensile loads.

Industrial Duplex Eye Bolts are specified for highly corrosive marine and offshore rigging environments where equipment is continuously exposed to saltwater splash, blocking severe chloride stress-corrosion cracking.

Stainless Steel Eye Bolts offer a versatile and cost-effective solution for secure material handling in damp or chemical-heavy process zones, developing a self-healing protective surface oxide layer.

Our eye bolts are manufactured using advanced hot forging rather than casting to preserve a continuous, unbroken metal grain flow around the loop, ensuring no unpredictable, brittle failure under maximum weight loads.

All eye bolts are shipped with official EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC) linking each piece to its original raw material melt, ensuring full compliance with international safety standards.
